How to Recalculate Selling Price from the Purchase?

Backstore offers calculation of the Selling price only from the approved purchase.

To create a price list for the purchase and recalculate new selling price for the items on the purchase, click on the Create price list option in the menu in the purchase details page. (2)

This will create a new price list document with the following information:

• header details: name, date, currency, type
• products from the purchase document with their last price
• change of the purchase price
• average purchase price and profit margin

1. You can edit the price list and set a new price for each product in the products table.
2. Click on (SAVE) button or press F9 keyboard key to save the changes, or click on the (CANCEL) button to ignore the changes and reload the price list information.
