In the Stocks application you can see all products that have stock records. Each year represents a new record in the stocks table for every product. Stocks table offers different columns that can be shown or hidden.
Columns that are available in the table:
- SKU - stock keeping unit
- Item - product name
- Department - department of the stock record
- Stock - current stock level
- Min. quantity - minimum quantity for product defined in product catalog
- MAC - Moving average cost
- Incoming - quantity on issued stock transfers for which the receiving stock transfer document still hasn't been approved. Once the receiving stock transfer document is approved it's quantities are put to stock (from incoming).
- Reserved - quantities that are reserved by quotes and/or service orders.
- Available - stock quantity without reservation.
- Expiration - expiration date (defined in product catalog).
- Last purchase price - purchase price on last purchase document containing selected product
- Last handling fee - handling fee on last purchase document
- Purchased quantity - in the year of the record
- Purchase amount - in the year of the record
- Last purchase date - date of the last purchase document containing selected product
- Last selling price - selling price on last invoice containing selected product
- Average selling price - in the year of the record
- Sold quantity - in the year of the record
- Sold amount - in the year of the record
- Last selling date - date of the last invoice containing selected product
