When adding a new product or its variants it is possible to immediately define the price list price for that item.
The Default price list is the initial price list to be used for the products unless specified otherwise.
It is not possible to delete the default price list from the price lists, you may only update it.
Within the module itself, there are three types of price list:
- Purchasing
- Retail
- Wholesale
We could add the prices in the default price list by the following ways:
- Using product group
- Adding on opening stocks
Adding using product group
Adding by using product group, we will set the same price for the product and all its variants. During adding or editing a product, you can select an option menu in the top right corner of the screen. Within it, select .
The window for choosing the price list and price is opened.
From the drop-down menu select the preferred price list and enter desired price. By selecting Add, it will be added to the price list.
